Prices, Orders, Shipping, & Returns

The prices of Sock People vary with their size:

-Normal size (12 inches tall & 3.5 inches wide): $10.50

-Mini size (7 inches tall & 2.5 inches wide): $7.50

-Long and bendy size (17.5 inches tall & 4 inches wide): $15.50

How to order a Sock People doll:
Email me at terrassockpeople@gmail.com and include:
-The number of Sock People
-The color
-The size
-The address of where you want your order sent

If you have selected a doll that is already made, I will mail it off as soon as the payment transaction is made. If you have chosen a doll that is not yet made, I will notify you by email when the doll is finished. Keep in mind that each doll takes time to make, so give it at least 3 days to be made. I will be using standard shipping, so also give it time to travel to you.

"How do I know which ones I can order?":
I will be posting pictures of finished dolls and what color and sizes of dolls are available to be made. If there is a doll that is not available but you wish it to soon be in your arms, email me and I will tell you if it is a possibility. (Custom dolls will include an extra charge.)

How to pay:
After I email you a confirmation of your order (including the prices), pay through my PayPal account. To do that, click on the "Donate" button at the top right corner of my blog.

It will take you to a page that looks like this:

Log in to your PayPal account and enter the total amount of your order in the selected area.
If you do no have a PayPal account, you can use your bank account or credit card by clicking "Continue" in the bottom left corner.
-If you are not able to pay through PayPal, include that in your email to me and accommodations will be made.
-I will not send your order until the payment transaction is made. 
-After the payment has been made, I will ship it to your destined address, and send you an email confirming you that your order has been shipped.

Shipping:
You will need to also pay the price of shipping [which will vary with amount and size of dolls] in addition to the price of your Sock People. This will be included in the total price of your order in the "order confirmation" email.

Return Policy:
Unfortunately, the dolls cannot be returned. However, if there is something that needs to be fixed on the doll, you can send it back to me and I will do my best to fix it (if you send it back, you will need to pay the price of shipping both ways).
-Keep in mind that these dolls are homemade and are not indestructible. Treat them with love and care.
-Since these dolls are homemade, no two are EXACTLY alike. Small differences will vary (one leg slightly longer, eyes may be closer together, etc.) with each doll, but their imperfections are what make them individually perfect.
